Altamonte Springs Commercial Division:
-Hiring Experienced Helpers, 2+ years. IN PERSON ONLY. Taking applications and interviewing Monday, December 5 from 8:30-11 a.m. and from 1-4 p.m. at 430 West Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
-Hiring Electricians/Journeyman Electricians with 6+ years experience
-Hiring Project Manager (Healthcare) – Candidates should have 10+ years electrical superintendent experience, 5+ years electrical project managements experience (with a minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare field). A working knowledge of local & NEC requirements, demonstrated technical knowledge and a thorough knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles and techniques required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and prioritize, as well as strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite of products a must. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Altamonte Springs Residential (Houses) Division:
-Hiring Experienced Helpers.
Altamonte Springs Multi-Family Division:
-Hiring Inexperienced and Experienced Helpers.
-Hiring Electricians with 4+ years’ experience.
-Hiring Experienced Superintendents with 3+ years’ experience.
Altamonte Springs Special Projects/Service/Communications Division:
-Hiring Helpers with 2+ years’ experience.
-Hiring Electricians/Journeyman Electricians with 2+ years’ experience.
-Hiring Experienced Superintendents.
-Hiring Experienced Fire Technician with 2+ years’ experience.
-Hiring Experienced Healthcare Superintendents (Tampa Bay, Sarasota & Ft. Myers area). Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years field experience, with 3 years as superintendent. Healthcare experience a definite plus. Working knowledge of local and NEC requirements, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and prioritize a must.
-Hiring Estimator II. Candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, have advanced knowledge of local and National Electric codes, be proficient in the use of Accubid and Microsoft Suite of products, have the ability to perform basic electrical calculations and interpret specifications and be able to read and interpret blueprints, count and measure feeder and branch conduit systems.
-Hiring Inexperienced and experienced helpers for Multi-Family work.
-Superintendents with 3+ years’ experience.
-Hiring Area Foremen with 2+ years’ experience.
South Florida Region:

THE SAFETY DIVIDEND
Tri-City’s ongoing investment in training offers customers the added dividend of exceptional safety performance. As part of its Safety Incentive Program, the company employs a full-time Director of Safety and Training as well as specialized safety personnel in division offices. Based on the highly-trained efforts of Tri-City’s field and management team, Tri-City’s strategic plan is to be at the national average for injuries and its goal is to be the recognized leader for safety in the area. Tri-City received ABC-Central Florida’s Safety Award for achieving the industry’s best safety record in the 1,000,000 man-hours category.
All of Tri-City’s job sites are carefully prepared for OSHA visits and inspections under the OSHA CARE program. CARE, which stands for Construction Accident Reduction Emphasis, was developed by OSHA to specifically address construction site safety. As a result of the entire Company’s responsibility for and efforts toward jobsite safety, Tri-City’s EMR for 2016 is 0.80.
Tri-City has achieved the prestigious Platinum Level National ABC Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) Award, another great example of Tri-City’s commitment to job safety for all employees.
