Tri-City has achieved the prestigious Platinum Level National ABC Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) Award, another great example of Tri-City’s commitment to job safety for all employees. Due to our concentrated safety efforts and results, Tri-City was the recipient of the prestigious Amerisure Safety Resource Grant in 2011. Today, safety is at the front of our mind with nearly every decision we make.

Tri-City Gives Back
As a company, we also believe in giving back to the communities where we do business and support many of the same groups and causes, with some additions: The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, Florida Hospital Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Central Florida YMCA, United Veterans, the Compassion Alliance, Fraternal Order of Police and the Children’s Miracle Network.
Our employees help so many charitable causes: Children’s Home Society of Florida, Second Harvest Food Bank, March of Dimes, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the USA, Junior Achievement, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, SPCA, Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, Give Kids the World, The Children’s Cancer Center, Florida Regional Blood Center, LifePath Hospice, Metropolitan Ministries, Boys and Girls Clubs, March for Babies and schools, churches and veterans organizations too numerous to include.

Children’s Home Society of Florida
Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. is proud to be a strong advocate for abused and neglected children in our community through our continued support of the Central Florida Division of the Children’s Home Society of Florida. Employees have participated in the CHS Annual Toy Drive since 2003, donating over 3,500 toys and nearly $5,000 in cash and gift cards.
Inspire of Central Florida
In 2017, Tri-City and our employees continue to take a special interest in Inspire (formerly Seminole Work Opportunity Program-SWOP), which provides employment opportunities and life skills training for adults with developmental disabilities in Central Florida. Inspire assists these uniquely abled adults to live, work and succeed in the community.
Life Path Hospice
Tri-City is proud to support Lifepath Hospice in Hillsborough County. The Company sponsors children to attend the Camp Circle of Love – a three-day retreat for children ages 6 to 16, who have experienced the death of a loved one and features fun camp activities and allows children to discover how much life still has to offer. Tri-City also helps to sponsor Island Night, which is the organization’s major annual fund-raising event.
Give Kids the World
Tri-City is proud to support Give Kids The World in Kissimmee. Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
