General Superintendent Rafael Tavarez has been with Tri-City since 1999 and has over 20 years experience in the industry. Currently, he is overseeing the Tri-City crew at the Duval County Consolidated Courthouse project in Jacksonville. Other projects that RT has worked on include the Portofino Bay Hotel, Gaylord Palms Resort and Florida Hospital Memorial Division Replacement.
